Notts and Arnold Cricket Club

We welcome all newcomers to cricket and established players alike.

We train 52 weeks a year in all weathers:

Notts and Arnold Cricket Club offers recreational and competitive coached cricket for new starters, junior cricketers, youth, male and female participants with no barriers.

We train ALL YEAR ROUND no matter what the weather. 
We train outdoor at the Goosedale Sports Centre with 3 pitches ( on the same site) and an astro turf pitch with floodlit facilities during the summer months. 

During the winter season we train and compete at the indoor community sports centre in Basford
We also train at Trent Bridge Nets.

There are 4 saturday and 4 Sunday senior teams, and juniors at every age group ( a thriving youth set up), including 
2 girlsteams.

Training Schedule for Indoors

Monday: Junior hardball training 7.o0pm til 8.00pm commencing 1st Oct 2012

Thursday : Girls training 7.00pm til 8.00pm commencing 4th October 2012

Friday: Boys and Girls training Commencing 2nd November 6.3o til 8pm Under 11's and Under 13's
8pm til 9pm Under 15's and Under 17's

Our outside training continues up until the end of October and recommence April 2013 for times please checl our website www.naacc.org.uk

Indoor competitions:

Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 teams commence games on Saturday 22nd September at Basford Indoor Centre.

Sections:

Junior:

A growing number of children playing and competing together in a community setting, from kwik cricket to hardball games.

Juniors are encouraged through the development programme to achieve their full potential in a fun environment, and a number of our cricketers go on to represent the county.

Senior:

Competitive cricket for all standards available, as competing in Saturday, Sunday and midweek leagues in differing divisions.

Keeping fit and active whilst enjoying the game.

Ladies / Girls

A fast developing section of our club we are now competing in various competitions with all levels of young ladies, from beginners to county and national level representatives.

We have a very successful Summer 2012 season with promotions and successes within the youth and girls sections. 
Coaches have received national awards and a lifetime OSCA has been awarded to Dave Walters for services to cricket within our club.

As a Focus Clubwe strive to improve our young and developing players and are the National CricketForce Winners 2011.
